The cookies used by the Astracia website and application, their purposes, retention and your choices.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website places in your browser to recognize you when you return, for example to keep you signed in.

Essential cookies
The application needs these to operate. They support the service you request and do not require consent.

Marketing cookies
We do not use them. There are no advertising cookies, social media pixels or cross-site tracking. If this changes, we will request consent before placing them.
3. Your choices
- The marketing website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising. There is no cookie consent banner because there are no cookies to approve.
- The application uses the essential and functional cookies listed above for login and preferences. They do not track you outside the service.
- Your browser lets you remove and block cookies, usually under Settings → Privacy in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
- Blocking essential cookies prevents application login because the service cannot recognize your session.
- If we add analytics or other features requiring consent, we will introduce a consent choice and update this page before placing those cookies.
4. Third-party cookies
We do not embed third-party videos, maps or similar services on the website, so their cookies are not used. The application loads Google Fonts, which does not set cookies. If embedded services are introduced, they will load after consent or in a mode that does not set cookies.
