Questions about billing
- Who charges me?
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle charges your card, issues the invoice and handles taxes and refunds. Prices include tax; there are no extra charges at checkout.
- What is a credit?
- One light research run uses 1 credit; a full report uses 5. Credits renew every month with your plan. Browsing startups, people, media and experts never uses credits.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds follow our Refund policy and Paddle’s rules. Charges made in error are always corrected.
- Do I need a card for the free plan?
- No. The free plan needs only an account with a verified email address.
