About the startup
Bremma is the weekly meeting system for couples. It gives couples a consistent framework for communicating, staying aligned, and growing together with purpose. Both partners have individual accounts but share one connected space. One subscription covers the couple. The core product is The Weekly, a guided weekly meeting couples hold together to align on what matters. It walks partners through sharing appreciations, discussing topics collected throughout the week, reviewing goals, and knocking out shared to-dos. The structure means nothing falls through the cracks and the conversation stays productive. Around The Weekly, Bremma is a full relationship operating system: The Daily is a quick individual check-in each partner completes on their own. Three connection ratings, an appreciation for yourself and your partner, and a way to log topics or updates as they come up. Everything captured in The Daily flows into The Weekly automatically. Bremma Pulse tracks the couple’s connection over time, giving partners a clear picture of how they’re doing based on their daily check-ins and assessments. The app also includes shared goals (short-term, annual, and long-term), a to-do system with assignees, shared lists, a couple events calendar, and a structured Quarterly and Yearly review cadence. Onboarding includes a personality assessment across five dimensions that helps partners understand how they each process emotion, handle conflict, and express love, so the product is useful from day one. The Bremma Therapist Network is a directory of licensed therapists and counselors who work with couples or individuals. Participating professionals are listed as members, with coverage growing across the US. The goal is to make it easy for couples using Bremma to find professional support when they need it, and for therapists to have a structured tool to recommend to clients between sessions. Bremma launched in early 2026, founded by a husband-and-wife team. The clinical co-founder is a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) who shapes the practice and content side of the product. The weekly meeting practice that became Bremma’s core product came from the founders’ own relationship, years before the app existed. Bremma is for couples who don’t want to wait until something’s broken to work on their relationship.
