About the startup
Penetrify is an autonomous AI penetration testing platform built for startups and SMBs that need real security testing without the cost and lead time of a traditional engagement. A classic pentest means weeks of scheduling, a five-figure invoice, and a PDF that is out of date the moment you ship your next release. Most small teams end up testing once a year, or not at all. Penetrify closes that gap: point it at your web app or API, and AI agents do what a human pentester would do. They map the attack surface, probe for vulnerabilities, chain findings together, and try to actually exploit them, so you see what is really exploitable rather than a list of scanner noise. WHAT YOU GET - On-demand pentests you can start yourself, with no sales calls and no scheduling - Authenticated testing, so the agents get behind the login where the real issues are - Findings backed by evidence and reproduction steps, not just a severity label - Clear remediation guidance your developers can act on - Retesting after you fix, so you know the fix worked HOW IT WORKS Penetrify uses a hybrid AI architecture. A self-hosted model fine-tuned for penetration testing, together with our own tooling, carries out the attack steps. A frontier model handles only high-level reasoning and orchestration. Every action the agents take is logged to an append-only trace, so you can see exactly what was tested and how. BUILT FOR EUROPEAN DATA REQUIREMENTS Infrastructure, stored data, and AI processing all run on AWS in the EU (Ireland). Credentials you provide for authenticated testing are never sent to the frontier model and are purged when the test completes. WHO IT IS FOR - Startups that need a pentest for a customer security questionnaire, an enterprise deal, or compliance - SMBs that want continuous coverage between annual manual pentests - Dev teams that ship weekly and want testing to keep the same pace - Pentest firms and agencies looking for a white-label or referral option for smaller clients Penetrify is built by a team with 20+ years in security, fintech, and cloud engineering, and it is operated from the EU.
