About the startup
Easy Homeschool Reporter is a document builder for New York State homeschool families. It generates every document required under NY Part 100.10: Letter of Intent, IHIP, Quarterly Reports, Annual Written Assessment, plus Transcript. Information carries forward year to year and quarter to quarter so families never start from scratch. Includes a 400+ curriculum library, AI-assisted course descriptions (optional), and a college-ready transcript. Built by a NY homeschool mom with 20 years of experience. Unlike generic document tools or templates, EHR is built specifically for NY's unique compliance requirements. The IHIP builder suggests course names and required subjects automatically. Quarterly reports pull forward from the IHIP so there's no re-entering information. The transcript generates in two formats: by subject and by year. For families joining mid-year, an IHIP import tool extracts course data from an existing PDF. A Letter of Substantial Equivalency feature supports NY homeschool familes — a requirement unique to New York State. $59/year. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
