About the startup
Most document processing tools are built for invoices and receipts — and nothing else. DokuScan is different. It lets you define exactly which fields to extract from any document type: timesheets, delivery notes, contracts, customs forms, rental agreements, inspection reports, or whatever your workflow requires. You configure your custom fields once. Then upload documents — PDFs or images — and the AI reads them according to your schema. The result is clean, structured data exported as Excel or CSV, ready for further processing without manual copy-paste. No rigid templates. No subscription required. You buy credits when you need them, and that's it. Data is processed exclusively on GDPR-compliant servers in Germany — no data leaves Europe. DokuScan is built for operations teams, freelancers, and small businesses who deal with non-standard documents daily and are tired of manual data entry. If your documents don't fit the standard invoice-scanning tools, DokuScan was built for exactly that gap.
