About the startup

The problem: Indian YouTubers and creators speak Hinglish — a code-switched mix of Hindi and English ("yaar yeh next level hai"). Every existing video clipping tool (Opus, Submagic, Vizard, CapCut) is built for English-only creators. They either transcribe Hinglish into Devanagari, translate it into broken English, or miss the punchlines entirely. So Indian creators end up manually chopping their long YouTube videos into Shorts and Reels — spending hours reframing to 9:16, picking moments, and typing subtitles by hand. What Zoupyu does: Upload a long-form video (podcast, vlog, gameplay, lecture — up to a few hours). Zoupyu automatically: Picks the best moments — combines Claude Sonnet's transcript analysis with YouTube's audience-retention heatmap to find the actual viral peaks, not random 30-second windows. Reframes to vertical 9:16 — face tracking keeps the speaker centered; falls back to subject tracking (people, vehicles, animals) for non-talking-head content. Burns in Hinglish subtitles natively — powered by Sarvam AI's Saaras model, which handles Hindi-English code-switching out of the box. Roman script, accurate, ready to post. Output: 5–10 vertical Shorts in minutes, ready for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. Two modes: Clips — full pipeline (long video → multiple Shorts). Captions-only — burn Hinglish subs onto your existing video at native resolution. Useful for creators who edit themselves but hate writing subtitles. Pricing: 3 free credits on signup. One-time packs after that — ₹499 / ₹999 / ₹2,499. No subscription, credits never expire. Who it's for: Indian YouTubers, podcasters, streamers, coaches, and meme-page editors who create in Hindi, Hinglish, or any Indic language and want Shorts that actually capture how they speak.
