About the startup
PostgreSQL Academy is a platform for learning PostgreSQL by actually using it, not just watching videos. You work through a guided curriculum that takes you from the basics to advanced topics, and it remembers where you left off. The main part is the practice. You get hands-on labs where you write real SQL against a real database and it grades your answers automatically, with hints if you get stuck. After each chapter there are quizzes with instant feedback and explanations. And a skills dashboard shows you where you're strong and what to focus on next. There's also a daily question to keep things fresh, a playground where you can experiment freely, and optional 1:1 coaching with the instructor if you want code review or interview prep. Some courses are free, with paid tracks for the more advanced material.
