About the startup
Renava is a personalized 90-day posture training app designed to help you improve your posture, build better movement habits, and support your body after long hours of sitting, working, or looking down at a phone. Start with a short onboarding, and Renava creates a posture program based on your answers, goals, available time, and the areas you want to focus on — such as your neck, shoulders, upper back, chest, or core. Your main plan is built as a structured 90-day program divided into three 30-day phases. Each phase gradually guides you through posture-focused exercises, mobility work, stretching, and body-awareness routines to help you move better and build a more consistent posture habit over time. After the 90-day program, Renava continues with a maintenance plan designed to help you keep your progress and support your posture long term. Each daily session works like a guided workout: • Clear video instructions • Exercise-by-exercise guidance • Timers and rep counters • Step-by-step movement flow • Simple sessions you can complete at home Choose the session length that fits your day: • 5–8 minutes • 8–12 minutes • 12–15 minutes You can also add extra routines alongside your main plan, including morning mobility, evening stretching, gentle recovery, and calming movement routines. Inside Renava, you can: • Follow a personalized 90-day posture improvement program • Build better posture habits step by step • Get guided exercise sessions with video instructions • Focus on neck, shoulders, upper back, chest, and core mobility • Add extra morning, evening, stretching, and recovery routines • Track your streak, completed sessions, minutes, and exercises • Unlock achievements and follow your progress over time • Continue with a maintenance plan after the first 90 days Renava is built for people who spend long hours sitting, working at a desk, using a laptop, or looking down at a phone. The goal is to make posture training simple, structured, and easy to repeat every day. Renava is focused on general wellness, posture awareness, mobility, and movement education. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Renava may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
