About the startup

PropFade is the fastest way for real estate agents to turn listing photos into a polished, ready-to-post video. No filming, no crew, no editing skill. Add your photos and a few listing details, and PropFade does the whole job for you. Motion: each photo gets a smooth pan or a gentle zoom, so it feels like real footage instead of a slideshow. Voiceover and captions: AI writes a script from your listing, reads it out loud, and puts every word on screen. Clone your own voice once and it reads every future listing for you. Branded start to finish: open on an animated intro, label each room as it plays, and finish on a branded end card. Pick a template and it's styled to your brand. Music and your logo on every frame are added too. Then pick the size you need: portrait (9:16), square (1:1), or landscape (16:9), ready for Reels, the feed, or YouTube. Everything you add shows up in the video: your photos moving, your numbers on screen, your logo on every frame. Most videos are done in about two minutes.
