About the startup
The life you share is the memory you lose: the plan, the promise, the trip, who said what, all of it scrolling away in a group chat. Maren is a private memory companion built for exactly that life. Together is the heart of it, live now: $25 a month flat for up to five adults. Everyone gets a fully private Maren of their own, plus one shared brain that lives in a group chat. The shared Maren listens and learns but never chimes in; that's the point. Weeks later, summon it: what did we decide about Saturday, and it answers, with who said what. The trip's photos land in one place. The shared journal keeps the life you have in common. Privacy by separation: your own memory stays yours. Get your people. Get Together. Solo is the tasting room: every part of it free for 14 days, no card, then $12 a month. Tell your Maren your life the way you'd tell a person: the birthday, the trip, the thing your brother said in March. It connects what it hears and brings the right memory back right when it matters. It's built to be yours. Every memory shows where it came from and every change since. You can correct any fact, delete any of it for good, and export the whole thing, photos and voice included, in one tap. No trackers, no ad pixels, no analytics SDKs; there's a build test that fails if one sneaks in, and your memory is never sold. Voice notes transcribe on your device, and photos are read on Maren's own server, never handed to a third-party vision cloud. Maren drafts the text, the calendar event, the list, grounded in what it knows, and it never sends, books, or pays on your behalf. Every send is your own hand. You can bring your past with you: Maren imports your old notes and chats (ChatGPT, Claude, Day One exports and more) and files them into one connected memory, reversible in a single undo. You never touch an API key: sign up and talk. If you stop paying, Maren pauses but your memory is never walled: reading, editing, and exporting stay open forever. Coming soon: surprise rooms. Plan the gift or the party in a shared space that excludes the person it's about, and their app won't even admit it exists. Live on Google Play and the App Store now. 18+.
