TravelAce | AI-Powered Trip Planner
Create personalized day-by-day travel itineraries
Travel planning & bookingAbout the startup
TravelAce is a free AI trip planner and itinerary maker designed to turn a travel idea into a personalized day-by-day plan. Instead of juggling notes, maps, spreadsheets, travel blogs, and browser tabs, travelers can use one platform to research destinations, organize activities, estimate costs, and build an itinerary that suits the way they want to travel. Planning begins with a few essential details: the starting point, destination or destinations, travel dates, traveler type, interests, and any special considerations. TravelAce then uses AI to generate a structured daily schedule with suggested attractions, activities, meals, and useful travel context. The result is an editable starting point, not a rigid package tour. Activities can be added, removed, or rearranged, while individual day plans can be refined to create a schedule that feels realistic rather than exhausting. TravelAce supports many types of journeys. Solo travelers can create plans based on their interests and pace. Couples can plan romantic escapes, cultural breaks, or relaxed city stays. Families can request child-friendly attractions and add details such as children’s ages or accessibility needs. The planner is also suitable for road trips, weekend breaks, staycations, group holidays, and multi-city or multi-country journeys. Multiple destinations can be included in one itinerary, allowing the available days to be divided across different locations. Personalization goes beyond choosing a destination. Travelers can describe what matters to them, including budget limits, accessibility, food preferences, museums, nightlife, photography, outdoor adventures, hidden gems, slower-paced days, or must-see landmarks. Optional generation features can provide cost estimates, packing tips, meal ideas, and accommodation suggestions. This helps create an itinerary shaped around the traveler rather than a generic list of famous places. For users who have not decided where to go, TravelAce includes an AI destination finder. Travelers can select preferences such as interests, climate, region, and budget to receive destination suggestions with an explanation of why each place may suit them. Suggested destinations can then be added directly to the itinerary planner, making it easier to turn inspiration into an organized trip. TravelAce also provides destination research tools. Users can explore attractions, culture, history, local customs, restaurants, and points of interest. An AI travel assistant can answer focused questions, such as where to stay, how to get around, which activities suit a family, where to eat, or which day trips may be worth considering. Once a plan is generated, it can be viewed in several formats. Travelers can follow a standard itinerary, inspect activities by day, view the journey on a timeline, or explore mapped locations to understand routes and distances. Saved itineraries can be updated as plans change, shared through a public link, or published to the TravelAce Community Hub, where users can browse and copy shared trips for inspiration. Budget planning is supported through an AI-powered cost estimator. Travelers can enter their origin, destinations, dates, and preferred travel style, such as budget, mid-range, or luxury, to receive an estimated total and a category-based breakdown for transport, accommodation, food, activities, and other common expenses. A daily expense timeline shows how spending may be distributed across the journey, while a currency converter assists with quick international comparisons. When travelers arrive, Local Lens can act as a location-aware guide. With location permission, users can ask what is nearby, search for cafés or restaurants, learn about the surrounding area, and view suggestions on a map. It is useful when plans change or the traveler wants to discover something nearby. TravelAce supports organization before, during, and after the journey. Itineraries can be exported to PDF for offline reference. Its Android app adds expense tracking, route details, flight and accommodation information, checklists, weather information, wish lists, place search, offline organization, and multiple itinerary views. Some advanced app features may require a premium subscription, while itinerary generation and customization on the website are free. A travel journal also lets users preserve experiences through written entries, dates, locations, and photos. Whether planning a city break, family holiday, solo adventure, road trip, or multi-city journey, TravelAce combines research, AI itinerary generation, budgeting, mapping, customization, sharing, and organization in one platform. It reduces repetitive planning work while leaving every important decision with the traveler. Start with a destination, a date, or simply an idea. TravelAce helps turn it into a trip you can customize, save, share, and enjoy.
