About the startup
Your inbox buries the few things that actually need you. Busymail reads all of it and surfaces just those - the reply, the bill, the flight - then quietly parks the rest. Most email tools hand you more folders, filters, and rules to maintain. Busymail does the reading for you. It understands what each message is actually about - what is due, how much, what is booked, what is waiting on your reply - and turns a noisy inbox into a calm, ranked home screen. Everything is grouped into clear bundles like Finance, Travel, Security, Shopping, and Personal, and anything that matters is resurfaced the moment it changes. Nothing is deleted, nothing is hidden. No rules to write, no folders to manage, no new address to hand out. It runs on the web and as a native desktop app for Mac, Windows, and Linux. Your credentials are encrypted, your data is stored in the EU, and it is never sold or used to train AI models. Free during beta.
