About the startup
Millo is a habit, task, and focus tracker built around one idea: progress builds and fades slowly, mirroring the way it actually works in real life. Two ways this is measured: Habit Strength — each habit has its own score. It grows when you show up, fades when you miss. Momentum — how engaged you’ve been across all habits, tasks, and focus sessions. Both work the same way: the longer you’ve been consistent, the more resilient your score becomes. Momentum climbs through 10 tiers. Habits mature from fragile through ingrained. The higher you get, the less a missed day costs you. FEATURES: • Habit tracking with daily or specific-weekday schedules, custom reminders, and per-habit completion stats • Task management with day, week, and month views, and a task pool for unscheduled tasks • Goals to group related tasks and track progress • Focus timer with Pomodoro mode and ambient sounds (rain, waves, fireplace, lofi) • Notes for tasks, habits, and goals • Optional cat companion whose mood reflects your recent activity Who it's for People who want to see how much progress they're actually making and how consistent they've been, instead of a streak number that resets with a bad week and tells you nothing about the months before it.
