About the startup
A stand-up is not a client briefing, and a doctor visit is not a lecture. Parley Notes records a conversation and writes it up in the shape that occasion actually needs, then keeps months of them searchable so you can ask what was said. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT No bot joins your call. Parley records from your phone or your browser, so it works for the meeting that has no video call at all: a corridor conversation, a lecture, a consultation, a call on speaker. Transcription runs on your phone. On Android, speech becomes text on the device itself, which means it works on a plane, in a basement, or anywhere with no signal. The write-up queues and lands when you reconnect. The template changes the output, not just the heading. Business, lecture, personal and medical, each with occasions inside them. A retrospective extracts decisions and owners. A therapy session captures the tools you were given and what to practise. A lecture pulls definitions and open questions. WHAT YOU GET - Summaries, action items, decisions and open questions, extracted per occasion - Ask Parley: questions answered across everything you have ever recorded - A mind map that connects people and themes across folders, not just your filing - A journal with mood tracking, kept on your device - Tasks lifted straight out of what people committed to - Google Calendar, Gmail, Teams and Outlook, so your day is on the home screen - Export to PDF, share a folder, print with the transcript ON PRIVACY, PLAINLY Voiceprints are opt-in and never leave your phone. We do not train AI on your content. Recordings stay on your device, or in your own Google Drive if you turn that on. We keep none. We publish no SOC 2 or HIPAA certification and offer no data residency choice. If your organisation requires those, we are not the right tool yet. PRICE Recording and transcription are free. You pay only for AI write-ups. The free plan gives 3 a month. Paid plans start at EUR 5.99 a month for 10 hours of write-ups, and are per account, not per seat. The first month is free on monthly plans. AVAILABILITY Android and any browser. There is no iOS app: an iPhone user can record and read everything in the browser, but on-device transcription and offline recording are Android only.
