About the startup
Postairo is a scheduling and publishing workspace for teams and solo creators who post to more than one social network. The problem it solves: posting to five networks means five dashboards, five composers with different character limits and media rules, and no single view of what goes out this week. Cross-posting tools solve the first half and then publish the same text everywhere, which reads as spam on the networks it wasn't written for. How it works. Connect your accounts — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Threads and Pinterest. Write a post, pick the channels, and rewrite the copy per channel where it needs to differ; the composer holds each platform to its own limits as you type (500 characters on Threads, 2,200 on Instagram, 3,000 on LinkedIn) and flags things like TikTok's five-hashtag cap before you schedule rather than after it fails. Put it on the calendar at a set time, or hand it to the queue and it takes the next free slot in the weekly posting times you set up once. Publishing runs on our servers, not in your browser: a scheduled post goes out whether or not you are online, retries after 1, 5 and 15 minutes if a platform's API is failing, and emails you if it gives up — so a 2 a.m. post that didn't publish is something you're told about, not something you discover. Afterwards, each published post carries its own numbers — impressions, reactions, comments and shares — pulled from the platforms when you sync, and rolled up per channel. Teammates share one workspace with owner, admin, editor and viewer roles, and pricing is per workspace rather than per seat, so adding a colleague doesn't add a line to the invoice. API keys are included, with a reference generated from the API itself, so posts, media and the queue can be driven from your own scripts or an n8n workflow. What it is not: there is no social inbox, no brand listening, and no importer from other schedulers. X and Bluesky are not available yet. Postairo covers planning, queuing, publishing and the analytics that follow — and stops there.
