AI Schedule & Planner: Your Day, Planned Around Your Energy

Project & task management

About the startup

rivva is an AI task manager and calendar planner that organises your day around how well you can actually think and work, so demanding tasks land when your focus is strongest rather than wherever there happens to be space. Most productivity tools only model activity; they track tasks and meetings, but ignore the limits of human attention. rivva works from a fuller picture by combining what you need to do with how much capacity you have to do it, using your tasks, email, and calendar alongside signals from sleep, energy patterns, and cognitive load. Tasks are captured automatically from email, calendar, and direct input, then scheduled against your real availability and natural energy rhythm, so work is arranged to fit your mind rather than forcing it to fit the calendar. What rivva does: - Task management: Capture, organise, and schedule tasks in one place - Inbox: Extracts tasks from email, including meeting notes, Jira issues, and Notion comments - Energy insights: Connect your wearable and see when you are naturally sharpest - AI scheduling: Plans work around availability and energy patterns - Nia (AI chat): Create tasks, plan your week, set up meetings, or ask for guidance - Planner: Multi-calendar view with time-blocking. We built rivva for founders, executives, and high-output professionals who already work hard and want a system that respects how the mind actually works.

Story

Tally's March 2024 letter is $100k MRR, not a $3M ARR stamp

Marie Martens wrote that Tally, launched in summer 2020 with Filip, hit $100k monthly recurring revenue in February 2024 with a bootstrapped team of three and more than 250,000 users; this record uses those founder label

Ivan Zhao marked 100 million Notion users, not a $567 million ARR

Ivan Zhao writes that Notion passed 100 million users, after a 1,000-user photograph, a 1 million-user day in 2020, four rebuilds, and a Japan rewrite; the 100 million post does not state $567 million ARR.

Alex Turnbull says Groove reached $5 million ARR with five people

Alex Turnbull writes that Groove, the help desk he bootstrapped after BantamLive, hit $5 million ARR with a five-person team, no sales org, and a public blog that became the top acquisition channel.

Tyler Tringas used Storemapper ARR as a lifestyle ceiling, not a growth scoreboard

Tyler Tringas's micro-SaaS ebook page sells a lifestyle thesis; his public Storemapper essays state $50K-plus per year, then $100K ARR, then revenue approaching $11K a month, each as founder-reported recurring figures.
