About the startup
typando is a free online touch typing course built for adults. Four phases take you from the home row to real texts from public domain books, and a 97 % accuracy rule keeps precision ahead of speed. The trainer works without an account and without ads, supports US, UK and international keyboard layouts (plus Swiss, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Brazilian ones) and estimates your learning time from your own speed. A 1, 3 or 5-minute typing test, 24 practice texts to type or print, and a diploma plus Bronze to Platinum certificates with a verifiable number complete the course. Available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
