ADHD Reset Planner

This is not a productivity planner. This is a reset system for ADHD, burnout, and overwhelm. Designed for burnout, low energy, and scattered focus. If traditional planners make you feel behind, guilty, or exhausted, this planner was created for a different moment. The moment when starting feels hard. The moment when your brain feels loud or heavy. The moment when you need something gentle, not demanding. This ADHD Reset Planner helps you pause, reset, and begin again without pressure.
