About the startup
HomeCrowd is live crowd audio for fans watching sport at home. We call it the Crowd Audio Layer. It adds live supporter voices to the game already on your TV. Open HomeCrowd alongside your usual sports broadcast, choose a live match and enter a Section of the crowd. Hear live reactions from supporters following the same game, stay and listen, or add your voice where participation is available. HomeCrowd also supports creator-led watchalong experiences, giving fans different ways to listen and participate around live sport. HomeCrowd keeps the game first. It does not show or stream the match and does not replace your usual broadcast. Instead, the app creates a live social-audio experience around the sport you're already watching. The broader concept is what HomeCrowd calls the Crowd Audio Layer, a real-time layer of supporter voices that sits alongside the live sports broadcast. HomeCrowd is developed in Australia by HomeCrowd Pty Ltd and is available through the major mobile app stores.
