About the startup
Gatherly - Hear from your users before they quietly leave. Gatherly is an in-app feedback tool for SaaS products and teams that are looking to understand what their users actually need without sending them to another form, survey, or support tool. Add one script to your product and your users can send feedback, report bugs, request features, and start conversations directly from inside your app. Everything lands in one shared inbox, tied to the user who sent it. What this actually looks like A user finds something confusing → They send feedback without leaving your product. You see exactly who sent it and can reply from the same inbox. Something breaks → They report the bug and attach a screenshot. Gatherly automatically includes useful context like their browser, operating system, and screen size so you have more than “it doesn't work.” Someone wants a feature → Their request lands alongside your other ideas, where you can organize it, update its status, and decide what is actually worth building. You want to know what users care about most → Publish your roadmap and let users vote on the features they want you to ship next. You want to talk to a specific customer → Logged-in users can start a conversation directly from your product, and your team can reply without moving everything into personal email threads. Know who is behind the feedback For logged-in products, Gatherly can securely identify your users so feedback isn't just an anonymous message. Their name, profile, plan, and other context can stay connected to every conversation, giving your team a much clearer picture of who is asking for what. Make it feel like part of your product Customize the colors, typography, layout, launcher, icons, and copy to match your app. You can also remove Gatherly branding on paid plans and show the widget in multiple languages. No complicated setup. No feedback scattered across spreadsheets, emails, forms, and DMs. Just one place to listen to users, talk to them, and decide what to build next.
