Gym owners had powerful management systems they never logged into. Coaching institutes paid for software their staff quietly abandoned after week one. Everyone fell back on what was familiar: spreadsheets, phone calls, and WhatsApp. The insight was that people weren't resisting technology — they used WhatsApp and simple tools all day. They were resisting software that felt like a second job to use.
