About the startup
Product description: Swim Code is an AI-native Kanban IDE that turns your task board into an automated coding pipeline. Create a card, drag it into a swim lane, and a specialized AI agent is automatically dispatched for that stage — planning, development, testing, committing, and QA — each receiving only the context it needs. Unlike traditional AI coding tools where you chat with a single agent, Swim Code structures the entire development workflow as a visual pipeline. Cards accumulate outputs as they flow through stages. Test failures automatically bounce cards back to the developer agent with structured failure context for remediation, with configurable halt conditions to prevent runaway loops. Every card gets its own isolated git worktree, so multiple features can be developed in parallel without conflicts. Swim Code is multi-provider — bring your own API key for Claude, OpenAI(SSO works too) , ollama is supported experimentally as well. You control the models and the costs. The Kanban board isn't just a tracker that sits next to your agent. It IS the orchestration layer. Drag a card, trigger an agent. Pause mid-execution, resume at the exact interruption point. Watch your codebase grow, card by card.
