Behind The Workflow is the searchable production memory for studios, agencies, broadcasters and AI artists. Creative AI work gets scattered across Midjourney, ComfyUI, Runway, chat threads and project folders. BTW keeps the asset, prompt, tool, model, seed, references, versions, decisions and approvals together from first generation to final handoff. Use the web app as the shared home for each project. Add work directly or with the optional browser extension, organise related versions in a visual workflow, reuse prompts and references from the library, collect client feedback and mark the final asset. The extension only saves what the user explicitly adds; it does not read AI platforms or download files automatically. BTW helps teams hand clients a clear production record without replacing the creative tools they already use. The free plan includes two active projects, 40 GB storage and basic browser capture.
