Phoneless Garden

Phoneless Garden puts a calm pause in front of the apps you choose. It is not a blocker: you can always close the app or continue, and neither choice counts as failure. How it works

1. Open an app you chose. A pause appears before the app does, with your time on these apps today and two buttons: Close App or Continue.
2. Choose your time. The app opens for the minutes you pick.
3. When the time is up, the pause comes back, even mid-scroll. Close the app, or take a few more minutes.
4. Before more time, there is a short breath and a question. Then you choose your time again. The second pause is the one that matters most. It comes back when the time you chose runs out, the moment a quick check usually turns into a long scroll. Also inside - A daily goal that fits the day. Within it, Leafy the plant is happy. Past it, Leafy rests. It never wilts. - Log your mood once a day. It shows above Leafy as weather, and Insights shows how your mood and your phone time go together. - Insights without scores: how often you open your apps, your pauses, your time and the timers you chose. - Private by design: no account, no analytics, everything stays on your phone. - Available in English, Finnish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Japanese and Chinese.
