NewGrowth is the AI front desk for salons, barbershops, and beauty businesses. Its agent Maya answers every call and text 24/7, carrying one shared conversation across both channels, so a client can text about a cancelled appointment, ask for a call, and get one from the same agent without repeating themselves. Direct Square Appointments integration. On the Salon and Front Desk plans, NewGrowth reads client and service context, checks live availability, and creates new bookings on Square Free, Plus, and Premium. Full cancellation and rescheduling across the Square calendar requires Square Appointments Plus or Premium. The $79 Launch plan is booking-link only and sends the salon's existing public booking link instead. No-show recovery and Win-Back. NewGrowth identifies cancellations, no-shows, and lapsed regulars and presents an itemized queue of recoverable revenue. It prepares eligible clients automatically while the owner approves and initiates the sends. Fully auditable. Owners watch conversations live and review the transcript, recording, and summary afterward. Booking-link handoff also works with Vagaro, Booksy, GlossGenius, Fresha, Boulevard, Calendly, and Cal.com, with no calendar migration required. Plans start at $79/mo with a 7-day trial that includes 30 call minutes. No free plan, no contracts.
