How Launch works

1. Your profile is the launch. Name, logo, screenshots, pricing and category come from My Startup. You add one line about what is new and a short text.
2. Pick a day. Any day from tomorrow to eight weeks ahead. The launch starts at 00:00 Pacific Time, like Product Hunt, and you can submit until the day begins.
3. A day of votes, a week of discovery. Visitors try the product, comment and vote. One valid vote is one point. The page stays forever.
4. Results by day, week, month and year. Top 10 with gold, silver and bronze, plus top 3 in each launch group. Winners get a badge for their site.
5. Everyone can vote. An account needs only an e-mail; you do not need a startup to join, discover and support.
